  1. General provisions

 

These purchase and sale rules (hereinafter - the Rules) determine the mutual rights, duties and responsibilities of the person purchasing goods in the kremiste.lt electronic store (hereinafter - the Buyer) and kremiste.lt (hereinafter - the Seller), when the Buyer purchases goods in the electronic store. By purchasing goods in the online store, the Buyer agrees to the application of these Rules.

 

  1. The moment of conclusion of the purchase and sale contract

 

2.1. The purchase and sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer agrees to the Rules and clicks the "Confirm order" button after forming the shopping cart, specifying the delivery address of the goods, and choosing the payment method, and is valid until the full fulfillment of the obligations under this agreement. If the Buyer does not agree with part or all of the Rules, in this case the Buyer should not place the order, otherwise it is considered that the Buyer has read and agreed with all the Rules.

2.2. Payment can be made using electronic banking services of Swedbank, Seb, Luminor, Citadele and Šiaulių bankas. Settlements are possible in euro currency. Payments are processed using the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.

 

  1. Buyer's rights

 

3.1. The buyer has the right to purchase goods in the electronic store in accordance with these Rules.

 

3.2. The buyer has the right to refuse the contract of purchase and sale of goods with the seller, except in cases where the contract is concluded for electronic devices or cosmetics. The packaging of the returned goods must be clean and undamaged, the returned item must be fully assembled, otherwise the Seller has the right not to accept the returned item. The invoice for the return of the goods is paid by the Buyer.

 

3.3. The buyer, who notices that the product is defective, must inform the Seller no later than 14 days after receiving the product. The buyer must write a free-form request (send by e-mail to info@kremiste.lt or attach it to the returned product), in which he chooses the form of compensation: replace the defective product with a new one and send it to the buyer free of charge; return the money to the specified account of the buyer. In the return request, the buyer must indicate when he bought the product, what was the order number and the reason for the return. If the Buyer does not comply with all the above conditions when returning the goods, kremiste.lt reserves the right not to exchange or compensate for the returned goods.

 

3.4. The buyer has other rights provided for in the Rules and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

 

  1. Responsibilities of the buyer

 

4.1. The buyer must accept the ordered goods, pay the price of the goods and their delivery. The Buyer can pay for the goods using his online bank, with the help of the paysera.lt system, or if the Buyer wants to pick up the goods at the Seller's branch - only after payment for the goods has been made in advance.

 

4.2. If the data provided in the Buyer's registration form changes, the Buyer must inform the Seller and update them immediately.

 

4.3. After the buyer confirms the order, payment for the goods must be made within 24 hours. If payment is not received within this period, the Seller has the right to consider the purchase-sale contract invalid.

 

4.4. The buyer must comply with other requirements established in the Rules and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

 

  1. Seller's Rights

 

5.1. If the Buyer tries to deliberately harm the work or operation of the electronic store, the Seller has the right to limit or terminate the Buyer's ability to use the electronic store without prior warning and is not responsible for any related losses of the Buyer.

 

5.2. The seller has the right to unilaterally change the Rules or terminate the operation of the electronic store.

 

5.3. The seller has other rights provided for in the Rules and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

 

  1. Obligations of the seller

 

6.1. The seller undertakes to create conditions for the buyer to use the electronic store and execute purchase-sale contracts.

 

6.2. The seller undertakes to comply with other requirements set forth in these Rules.

 

  1. Delivery of goods

 

7.1. The goods are delivered to the selected post office at the expense of the Buyer. The seller delivers the goods at his own expense to the branch chosen by the buyer if the order amount exceeds €100.

 

7.2. The goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within a period of no longer than 30 working days. The goods are delivered throughout Lithuania.

 

7.3. During the delivery of the goods, the Buyer must check the quantity and condition of the ordered goods with the Seller or the Seller's representative. After the Buyer signs the goods delivery confirmation, it is considered that the purchase-sale contract has been completed and the Buyer has no claims.

 

7.4. If the goods will not be accepted by the Buyer, the Buyer must inform the Seller by indicating the data of the person who will accept them when filling out the delivery information of the order.

 

  1. Liability

 

8.1. The buyer is fully responsible for the correctness of the data provided in the registration form and assumes responsibility for the consequences arising from incorrect or inaccurate data provided in the registration form.

 

8.2. The buyer undertakes not to disclose login data to third parties. If a third party uses the Buyer's login codes, the Buyer is responsible for the actions of the third party in the online store.

 

8.3. The Seller is only responsible for the information provided on the Seller's website.

 

  1. Sending information

9.1. The seller sends all notifications to the e-mail address provided in the Buyer's registration form. postal address.

 

9.2. The buyer sends all messages and questions to the seller by e-mail. by mail info@kremiste.lt

 

  1. Final Provisions

 

10.1. The legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania are applicable to these Rules.

 

10.2. All disagreements regarding the purchase-sale contract between the Buyer and the Seller are resolved through negotiations. If it is not possible to reach an agreement, disagreements are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

 

  1. Conditions for returning goods

 

11.1. The return period is 14 days from the date of purchase.

11.2. The returned item must be in its original, neat packaging, without losing its merchandise appearance (this does not apply when returning a low-quality item), complete with accessories.

11.3. The returned item must be undamaged and unused.

11.4. It is also necessary to submit the product purchase document and all the documentation that came with the product.

11.5. In case of return of goods, money for services rendered (transportation, loading works, etc.) is not refunded. The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer, if the Buyer does not follow the procedure for returning the goods established in this article.

 

  1. Return/exchange of quality goods

 

The return of quality goods is carried out in accordance with the "Rules of Retail Trade", approved by the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on 11.06.2001 no. 697 (redaction of Resolution No. 738 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania 2014-07-22). In this case, the cost of returning the goods is paid by the buyer.

 

  1. Return/exchange of defective goods

 

If the reason for the return or exchange of the product is the inappropriate quality of the product, (kremiste.lt) undertakes to replace the product of inappropriate quality with a product of suitable quality at its own expense or to return the money paid for the product. Goods of unsuitable quality are exchanged or returned in accordance with the "Rules of Retail Trade", approved by the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on 11.06.2001 no. 697 (redaction of Resolution No. 738 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania 2014-07-22).
